To uphold fair policies, we use the same rental criteria for all applicants which includes a credit check, residential verification, and employment verification. combined income for the apartment must also reach at least 2.5X total rent.
Yes based on availability. If not available, we do work with companies to help you furnish your new home.
You can submit your application anytime online or stop by during regular office hours to submit your application in person. We strive to process all applications in a timely manner and to be as efficient as possible, please submit all required documents at the time of your application. At the time you submit your application, a processing fee and document fee of $45 per applicant and a lease initiation fee of $250 will be due. If it has been longer than 7 days, please call the front office at 801-781-5880 and we would be happy to check on the status of your application.
We are excited for you to call Maye House home! Move-in expenses include your 1st months rent and security deposit. Any other service you have added on will also be due at that time.
Your rent payment includes your monthly rent plus any additional bundle services you signed up for at the time of your lease. We do not include utility services such as water, sewer, trash or electricity in your rental rate. To pay your rent, simply create a login to your resident service portal and you will be able to pay by electronic check, credit, or debit card. Never stress about making a payment by setting up automatic payments through our resident portal or pay your rent on your own schedule by taking advantage of our flexible payment options at GetFlex.com.

Our residents are our #1 priority. We strive to respond to all service requests within 3 hours to ensure your home is maintained to your satisfaction**. Non-emergency service requests are handled during regular business hours. You can request maintenance service from the convenience of your own home via our resident portal! You can also call 801-781-5880 to request help from our maintenance team. You may choose to be present and give us a preferred time to come by or you may give us permission to enter in your absence. *Tip you can download our resident portal app for more convenience. Look up RentCafe Resident on your preferred app store to have easy access to your resident portal.
We are proud to call Maye House pet friendly! Our one-time pet fee is $400, and our monthly pet rent is $50. We are located just 3 minutes away from Memory Grove Park that has a space for your pets to go play! Learn more about our breed restrictions.
Yes, parking is available onsite for our residents! One parking spot is automatically included (total annual savings of $1,260). At our community we also offer EV Charging Stations as part of our commitment to clean air and energy efficiency ($175 a month).
Maye House is proud to offer a smoke-free environment, including all amenities plus indoor and outdoor spaces.
Students living at Maye House attend Wasatch Elementary School, Salt Lake Center for Science Education Bryant, and East High School. For more information about schools in our neighborhood visit Salt Lake City School District learn more. We are also conveniently located near Salt Lake Community College and University of Utah.
Yes, we offer in home washer and dryers in every apartment.
